London Microgreens

General Application

This is a general interest form. Submitting it does not entitle you to a response, an interview, or employment. We retain all submissions and may or may not contact you at our sole discretion, regardless of whether a position matching your profile becomes available. All fields are standardized. There is no resume upload.

Compensation: All non-sales positions guarantee a base rate at current Ontario minimum wage. Productivity-based bonuses are evaluated at 30, 60, and 90-day intervals and can bring effective compensation significantly higher. There is no cap. Bonuses are indeterminately calculated based on output and operational variables, and are forfeited if employment ends before issuance. Sales positions are commission-only with no base wage.

About London Microgreens: We are a wholesale brassica microgreens operation based just outside London, Ontario. We grow broccoli and radish microgreens in a climate-controlled vertical farm and deliver same-day from harvest to restaurants, grocers, and institutions across Southwestern Ontario and the GTA. Shifts normally run 3 hours per type of activity.
